Saara Kiias will be conjuring up wonderful and tasty vegetarian dishes for festivalgoers in the village school kitchen all weekend long. A buffet table is available from lunch to dinner and café products, raw cake and kombucha, as well as mushroom extracts from Kääpä Mushrooms, are also on sale.
For example, last year’s favorite vegan, gluten-free lasagna, Saara’s famous soup lunches with a variety of salads, organic breads baked with roots, gluten-free nut breads, and snacks from raw cakes to mocha pieces at the café.
The main courses are bravura dishes that have been honed over the years, vegan creations made from as unprocessed and organic seasonal ingredients as possible, with a focus on both nutritional content and deliciousness. The salad bar has delicious, exotic and colorful salads, some of which also use cheese, which is always visibly marked, and homemade breads can be topped with various spreads.
